Worst service ever- my husband went last night before at 7 pm only to have them be closed- need to update your hours online to be accurate it says 8pm online. Then tonight he went at 6 pm and checked in and sat there over 30 minutes only to have 1 staff person leave and the other person left decided they couldn't cut more than 1 person's hair in an hours time so told him to go home. Crappy service and didn't even offer any apology or any sort of comp. Will go somewhere else!

My boyfriend comes in and gets his haircut and beard trimmed from Nikki and she is amazing! We started bringing our son who is 18 months old to her and she is very patient with him and overall a kind and talented hairstylist.

I checked in on the app as instructed when I called. The app advised a 30 minute wait to please arrive at 3 o’clock. I arrived at 2:55 and when I walked in there were five more people ahead of me and my wait time was longer than originally quoted. Not sure how I go from 30 minutes to an hour. When I asked one of your associates what happened I was told we have no control over that. Customer service is absolutely terrible I will not return to your location for a haircut.
